Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

· Perform monthly Group Consolidation and prepare half yearly SGX announcement

· Prepare timely and accurate group financial reports for the management and perform variance analysis.

· Handling tax and audit matters of the group.

· Ensure compliance to the SGX listing requirements and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance

· Responsible for treasury matters (including cash flow management and management of banking facilities).

· Other adhoc and special projects of the organisation.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or a Professional Qualifications

· At least 2 years work experience in Group Reporting/Consolidation/Announcement

· Prior working experience in SGX listed companies

· Good knowledge in FRS, Tax, SGX regulations and other regulatory requirements
