Mechanical Engineering Intern

As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will assist in the design, testing, and analysis of mechanical systems, as well as supporting the engineering team in solving technical challenges. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects while gaining insight into the engineering processes and techniques used in the industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Design Engineers to design 3D parts, gaining insights into the concepts and functionality of various components.
• Create 3D models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks software.
• Assist in the design of simple mechanical parts and the creation of detailed 2D drawings.
• Participate in part assembly, installation, and evaluation to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from suppliers and assist in the creation of Material Master (MM) records.
• Provide production support as needed to ensure the smooth execution of engineering projects.
