The mission of the driver is to deliver liquid product to our customers and in our AL facilities. In respect of safety and quality procedures, the driver loads his vehicle at plant facilities, delivers the customers following trip document instructions, fills administrative documents. He is in charge to maintain his vehicle clean and in good operating conditions.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Ensures permanent Safety and Quality behavior
- Respects regulations and internal AL rules about safety policies, operating procedures, dangerous materials, and ISO quality standards.
- Reacts spontaneously when occurs an incident or an accident, takes the first emmergency actions and inform his/her supervisor.
- Report dangers and near miss occurs at customers site, ASU sites, roads on safety and quality issues
- Applies road transportation regulation for the product concerned and drives carefully.
- Take a break from driving when feeling tired or fatigue. Ensures the vehicle is parked in a safe location, not affecting traffic
2. Ensures bulk delivery trip according to dispatch plan
- From the provided planned route (including the loading and unloading points and the order in which they must be reached) drives the truck to acheive the dispatch plan
- Respects Maximum daily driving hours and on-duty driving hours whichever are more stringent between the country legal requirements or the Subsidiary requirements,
- He/she must inspect the vehicle and trailer before every trip with proper records.
- Ensures the current maintenance of the vehicle and maintains it in good operating condition.
- Ensures a regular cleaning of the vehicle to give a good image.
3. Performs loading and deliveries operations
- Applies loading and unloading SOP at plant and customer facilities
- Check visually operating conditions at customer facilites to ensure safety before proceeding with the top up
- Informs the scheduler or the supervisor in case of malfunctions detected at customer facilities
4. Completes the documentation and transfers relevant information- Completes trip documents and delivery notes.
- Signs the delivery notes and ask signature from the customer
- Informs scheduler or tranport manager if customer access are impossible
- Informs scheduler or transport manager about any usefull information (example : vessel not fully filled at customer site, unsuitable roads and congested areas, waiting time too long at plant facililities,...)
- Use of OBC tablet for order deliveries or hard copy DO based the requirement of the customers

Possess Singapore issued Class 4 or Class 5 driver's license
Min. 5 years of driving experience
