Intern

To qualify laboratory equipment, including:

• Quick Vision System used for measuring the orifice dimension of primary component (plug).
• Intrinsic viscometer used for raw material incoming inspection test.
  
  

The key deliverables include:

• Drafting of laboratory equipment qualification documents (e.g., User Requirement Specifications, Qualification Plan, IOPQ Protocol, Summary Report).
• Execute qualification protocol (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Update or create procedures or work instructions for the new equipment.
• Conduct training to the end users.
  
  

Aside to the main project, the intern is also expected to assist in routine activities and on-going improvement projects, such as drafting equipment periodic review report and stability study report.
