Job Description:

As a legal secretary, you will report to the Litigation department and support a team of lawyers while ensuring that their days run smoothly. You will be managing all of their calendars, scheduling their meetings, booking their flights, expenses, documentations and any other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Minimum 1 year of legal secretarial experience
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
