Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
Sourcing for candidates. Establishing connections with candidates, and introducing the recruiting sector. Invite candidates to company’s career webinars/seminars/events etc. Conduct first level of screening interviews. Arrange for Hiring Manager to interview suitable candidates. Assist in onboarding process for selected candidates that are joining the company. Manage company’s social media accounts where required (Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram etc). Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment report and work schedule. Achieve monthly target set out by Manager. Any other ad hoc duties required. Requirements:
CEI Certified will be an added advantage. Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience, no experience are welcome to apply. Familiar with social media platforms like: IG / Facebook / Telegrams / LinkedIn. Good interpersonal skills. Information:
Working location at HarbourFront Centre. 5 days’ work week (9am to 6pm). Salary offered will be based on Individuals’ experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
