Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

• Sourcing for candidates.
• Establishing connections with candidates, and introducing the recruiting sector.
• Invite candidates to company’s career webinars/seminars/events etc.
• Conduct first level of screening interviews.
• Arrange for Hiring Manager to interview suitable candidates.
• Assist in onboarding process for selected candidates that are joining the company.
• Manage company’s social media accounts where required (Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram etc).
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment report and work schedule.
• Achieve monthly target set out by Manager.
• Any other ad hoc duties required.

Requirements:

• CEI Certified will be an added advantage.
• Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience, no experience are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with social media platforms like: IG / Facebook / Telegrams / LinkedIn.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Information:

• Working location at HarbourFront Centre.
• 5 days’ work week (9am to 6pm).
• Salary offered will be based on Individuals’ experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
