In this role, you’ll operate within the APJ Industry & Partner Solutions Center of Excellence, surrounded by world class builders focusing on Industries, Solutions, Products & Services, and Generative AI, helping to define AWS Partner strategy aligned to these pillars. To accelerate value for our rapidly-growing partner community, we are looking for a motivated, technically savvy person to build upon our ecosystem of AWS partners that work with, or provide consulting services to clients requiring cloud-based solutions from AWS. Key job responsibilities - Lead strategic transformation programs for AIML/GenAI adoption, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities - Design and implement scalable frameworks for rapid partner solution development and service delivery excellence - Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps and orchestrate cross-functional execution of transformation initiatives - Drive innovation through rapid prototyping, validation frameworks, and new service delivery models - Establish program governance frameworks with KPIs and continuous improvement processes - Build and nurture executive-level relationships, managing partner ecosystems and cross-functional collaboration - Develop and execute GTM strategies, including market penetration plans and solution positioning - Monitor program health and market feedback to drive continuous service improvement - Own stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across all strategic initiatives A day in the life You’re surrounded by innovation.
