Digital Marketing Manager (6 months) *up to $5000

• 6 months maternity cover
• Oversee always-on digital campaigns (paid & organic) for lead generation, working with strategic marketing, brand teams, and agencies to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying insights to improve lead generation and digital consumer experiences.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures for managing digital platforms.
• Manage dashboards and reporting
• Oversee monthly SEO/ASO and CRO activities with the webmaster, enhancing efforts in collaboration with content and customer experience teams.
• Partner with CRM teams to develop lead nurture journeys and optimize lead management, marketing automation, and system integrations.
• Implement Ad/Mar Tech tools to enhance media buying, content strategies, and overall optimization.
• Serve as a backup for CMS management when needed.
