NEW* 6 Months Contract Client Services Support - Investment Firms

Job Duties:

• Assist in KYC due diligence reviews for existing client accounts including name screening
• Upload daily NAVs into websites and fundsupermart
• Upload fund documents into the websites
• Filing of KYC documents and correspondences received
• Shredding and Sending of old documents to the warehouse
• Handling requests for printed copies of our funds’ annual/semi-annual reports by checking the register for holdings, printing the relevant reports and mailing out
• Maintaining distribution lists for sending of reports and corporate action emails to clients
• Updating fund templates for data providers
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Banking / Finance / equivalent
• Some experience in KYC / client servicing / administrative experience
