NEW- 6/7 Months Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager (Insurance Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

· Reporting to Head of Risk

· Maintain the Regulatory Register and ensure effective communication of local and group regulatory obligations to first-line functions.

· Oversee the Data Protection framework, including management of personal data incidents, maintenance of the Personal Data Inventory, and execution of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for relevant projects.

· Collaborate with first-line functions to update procedures in line with evolving regulatory requirements.

· Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to evaluate residual compliance risks.

· Review marketing and disclosure materials to ensure alignment with internal compliance standards.

· Coordinate with departments to support internal and external audits.

· Provide compliance guidance for new business initiatives and ongoing projects.

· Deliver updates on regulatory developments and internal control matters to Senior Management.

· Escalating high risk matters to legal team

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
