We are looking for a dynamic and driven Training Specialist to support the growth and performance of sales teams across travel retail and local markets. This role focuses on delivering impactful training experiences that elevate product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute customised training solutions aligned with the needs of diverse sales teams and retail environments.
Facilitate compelling training sessions in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of engagement and interactivity.
Measure training impact using feedback tools and performance indicators, adjusting programs for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify development needs and provide practical learning interventions.
Regularly update training materials to stay in sync with product updates, industry trends, and evolving best practices.
Provide post-training support, including coaching, refresher courses, and performance follow-ups.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of training delivery, including setup, materials, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate training records and contribute insights for reporting and analysis.
Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or a related field.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and public speaking skills.
Understanding of sales techniques and customer experience strategies.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
Ability to adapt content delivery to suit different audiences and learning styles.
Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
Strong time-management and organisational skills.
