We are looking for a talented and highly skilled *3D Visualizer / Designer* to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency under tight deadlines, and the flexibility to travel overseas if required.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

• Create *high-quality 3D visualizations* and renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
• Work with *3Ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering plug-ins* such as *V-Ray, Lumion, and others* to produce realistic visuals.
• Utilize *Photoshop and InDesign* for post-production and presentation materials.
• Develop and refine *architectural and interior detailing* to ensure accurate representation.
• Prepare and interpret *AutoCAD drawings* for 3D modeling and visualization.
• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project managers to bring concepts to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining *exceptional attention to detail* and quality standards.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines with a *fast and meticulous approach*.
• Be prepared to *travel overseas* when required for project coordination and site visits.

### *Requirements:*

• *Proficiency in 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and other rendering plug-ins*.
• Strong knowledge of *Photoshop, InDesign, and AutoCAD*.
• *3-5 years of experience* in architectural or interior design visualization.
• Excellent *design flair* with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Familiarity with *architectural and interior detailing*.
• *Fluency in English* is required.
• Ability to *multi-task and work long hours* when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to *travel overseas if needed*.
