Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to join our team and take charge of managing engineering projects from start to finish. In this role, you will assist with cost estimation, manage project timelines, and ensure the smooth execution of engineering activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in project engineering who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of Engineering Projects: Take ownership of assigned engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  • Cost Estimation Assistance: Collaborate with the team to assist in the cost estimation for projects, helping ensure that the projects remain within budget while meeting client requirements.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated and milestones are met.
  • Project Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.


Competencies & Requirements:

  • Education: Master / Degree holder in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations.
