Role Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Associate to join our team. As a Portfolio Associate, you will play a vital role in coordinating portfolio events, building and maintaining infrastructure to support portfolio companies, and building tools to streamline team operations. Your responsibilities will include managing virtual and in-person events targeting portfolio founders, maintaining the Animoca Brands portfolio updates, and building tools that enhance team efficiency
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain digital infrastructure to scale our support to 470 portfolio companies, from contact lists to scalable support in fostering ecosystem partnership

Collate investor updates from portfolio companies and third party sources to help prioritize portfolio support

Manage virtual and in-person events from programming to on-site logistics, to ensure a smooth event experience for participants and attendees

Update our portfolio on our digital channels, showcasing our projects and providing relevant information for investors and partners

Assist in general administrative tasks and support ad-hoc projects as needed
