Job Description

• Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Kallang (near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Supervise all accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Keep accurate financial records and validate data integrity.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is accurately kept and recorded.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Responsible for GST submissions and other statutory filings.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage accounts for other regional offices.
• Perform additional financial and accounting tasks as necessary.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of Singapore's accounting standards and regulations.
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferably with experience in WIP/ Project Cost Accounting.
