Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Crane Machinery
• Position Title: Service Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North/North-East/West Area MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.15pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 AWS Meal Allowance Company Transportation/Transport Allowance OT
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
• Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
• Carry out field services at sites in local and ASEAN countries.
• Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
• Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant studies
• Min.2 years of relevant working experience in construction machinery industry
• Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
• Process valid Class 3 Driving License
• Comfortable with travelling internationally within Asia (Entitled to travelling allowance)
