Job Description

• Position Title: Teaching Assistant
• Working Location: Central (near Raffles MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in daily classroom operations.
• Assist lead teacher in preparing lessons and class administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance record keeping, etc.).
• Offer individualized or small group tutoring to enhance academic understanding.
• Help students cultivate social-emotional and life skills.
• Support the implementation of behavioural strategies and Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
• Assist with transitions, routines, and personal care as necessary.
• Work with staff to address student requirements and track progress.
• Attend all staff training/ professional development.

• At least Nitec qualification in a related field.
• With experience in supporting special needs students is highly preferred.
