APAC Internal Control Manager

Are you a seasoned internal control professional with a passion for building robust frameworks in a dynamic, high-growth environment? We are seeking an APAC Internal Control Manager to lead risk management and compliance initiatives across the region. If you have extensive experience in internal controls, risk advisory, and digital transformation, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead internal control initiatives in APAC, establishing a strong framework to support rapid expansion.
• Risk & Compliance: Continuously evaluate and improve risk control measures to align with local regulations and business practices.
• Process Optimization: Implement productisation initiatives (ERP, OA, CRM) to streamline approvals, authorizations, and risk management while maintaining efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and business teams to provide risk management consultations and assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, with at least 10 years of internal control experience. Big 4 risk advisory background preferred.
• Certifications & Tools: CIA, CISA, CA certifications are a plus, along with experience using data analytics tools and audit management applications.
• Digital Transformation: Proven experience in leading internal control digitalization in a fast-growing APAC environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOX compliance, financial reporting, audit processes, and corporate governance.
• Key Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, excellent communication and report writing skills, strong project management abilities, and a self-starter mindset.
• Personal Attributes: High emotional intelligence, collaborative, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
