We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Singapore office as a Senior Consultant/Vice President and the responsibilities of a Senior Consultant/Vice President include:
1. review financial position, conduct financial analysis, and develop turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress;
2. support team with and execute insolvency and restructuring engagements including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, financial and operational restructuring;
3. establish clear understanding of clients and associated industries;
4. manage stakeholders;
5. support the team to develop and implement restructuring proposals;
6. prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders; and
7. collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
1. minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency and/or audit;
2. possesses a Degree in accountancy, or finance or business or professional qualification(s) in accounting;
3. knowledge of insolvency regulations in Singapore and corporate restructuring and insolvency practices
4. strong research, analytical and problem solving abilities;
5. resourceful and ability to see big picture;
6. street smart and possess common sense; and
7. able to work fast, creatively and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment.
