Commercial Executive

Job Scope:

• Prepare Tender estimation, submission by providing calculation and monitoring
• Perform risk and value analysis and all Terms & Condition in contracts
• Responsible for all cost estimates, budgetary, cost contract purchase, and handling of material throughout the contract period
• Source for suitable subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work and assess subcontractors' invoices, and conclude bill settlement within target timeframe
• Assist Commercial Manager with inquiries and billings
• Experience in the Marine Offshore field to understand the repair scope enquired by Clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Naval Arch / Marine or Mech Engineering related studies
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipyard or Marine related industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is advantageous
