Program Details:
First 5 Months – Department Rotations
Rotate through key roles within and across departments.
Gain hands-on experience and build foundational skills.
Wrap up this phase with a presentation of your key learnings, insights and improvement ideas to your mentors and coaches.
Next 18 Months – Role Matching and Specialisation
Upon successful completion of the 6-month probation, you will be matched to a role aligned with your strengths and interests.
Deep-dive into responsibilities, lead initiatives and work on real business challenges.
Regular performance reviews, coaching and personal development planning.
Leadership Development:
Take on cross-functional projects and high-impact assignments.
Build the confidence, capability and mindset needed for a future leadership role.
Department Overviews
Business Improvement
Identify inefficiencies, analyse data, and work with stakeholders to implement digital and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows and boost overall operational effectiveness.
Retail Operations
Manage and optimize store operations to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience. Analyse trends, optimize processes, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong sales performance.
Merchandising
Be part of the team that shapes product strategy – from market research and trend analysis to supplier management, pricing strategy, and merchandising control.

Required Skills and Abilities:
A recognize university degree in any discipline

Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
Resilient, curious and creative thinker
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
