Responsibilities
Proactive sales role in business development
Manage and achieve sales targets for domestic and export
Achieving sales projections and budget targets
Responsible for finding and developing new and incremental sales and revenue from potential and existing customers
Responsible to establish and generate new business through new channels
To maintain good relationships with existing customers
Responsible of performing and conducting sales presentation to customers on company's product and services
To update and educate new product launches and promotions to the customers
Understanding the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high growth strategy
To assist in the business planning and launching of marketing activities
Develop strategies and implement action plan to achieve high business performance
Provide reports to superior with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance
To respond quickly and efficiently to all sales enquiries and ensure conversion into sales
To maintain and update a database of company's prospects
To attend to and solve problems arising from job orders
To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in FMCG or HORECA industry
Experience in Export Sales will be an advantage
Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
Ability to perform under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
Possess own vehicle and Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
