SALES INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Scope

• Responsible for sales incoming and follow up closely with clients for commercial and residential interior fit out works projects.
• To Meet and Manage sales enquries and understanding of clients’ needs and renovation requirements.
• To provide quotation, professional advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection, project schedules and project management.
• Work closely with inhouse team and vendors to ensure project completion and timely handover.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in autocad/ design software/ mircrosoft.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Highly Motivated, Initiative, Responsive, Sales Driven and independent.
• Bilingual Proficiency, Able to speak Mandarin or dialects to liaise with Mandarin or dialects speaking customers an advantage.
• Problem solving and eye for details.
• Driving Licence.
