Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and document filing.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accuracy.
Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Assist with tax filings, GST submissions, and other regulatory compliance matters.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial transactions.
Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
GCE O/N with Certificates in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
