Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and document filing.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accuracy.
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with tax filings, GST submissions, and other regulatory compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • GCE O/N with Certificates in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
