Inside Sales Engineer (Junior)

Job Description:

• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts.
• Address customer inquiries, follow up promptly, and deliver suitable solutions.
• Review customer requests and prepare accurate sales quotations.
• Regularly update clients on project progress in a timely manner.
• Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports;
• Coordinate sales activities between the factory and overseas offices.
• Collaborate with customers to finalize technical specifications.
• Perform detailed contract reviews with clients before confirming sales orders.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive sales order details are communicated to engineering and production teams.
• Prepare detailed job sheets including client requirements.
• Assist the team in creating marketing, sales, and presentation materials.
• Share market forecasts with the team and contribute to market analysis activities.
• Be open to traveling when required.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role or Engineer role, preferably within the Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing sector.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, or Pro-E) & technical drawings.
