Job Duties And Responsibilities Insurance & Medical Claims:
Follow up on medical, travel, and other insurance claims. Issue Letters of Guarantee (LOG) and track unpaid medical invoices. Maintain the MHC system when hiring new local employees and removing the resignees. Process medical invoices and bills Administrative Support & Office Operations Manage office supplies, including ordering stationery, tags, stickers, and books (SR, DO, etc.). Oversee printer maintenance, including servicing, repairs, toner, and ink orders/replacements. Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative processes.
Event Coordination & Office Management Assist in the planning and coordination of company events. Ensure timely pest control services, including major pest treatment (twice a month) and Antimex treatment (once a month).
Receptionist duties as and when required(Back up of Freda)
Other duties assigned by the Manager
Minimum Requirements Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in HR Admin or equivalent.
