SITE ENGINEER

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and construction of steel components on various projects. Your primary duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities at the construction site.
• Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Conducting structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Scheduling and planning work to meet project deadlines.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with a focus on steel works.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel construction and installation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or a related field are preferred.
