Marketing/Admin Assistant

Able to assist Company with the following:

marketing presence on social media such as

Tiktok

XiaoHongShu

Carousell

Shopee

Lazada

find leads and convert to sales

issue quotations to clients

issue invoice to clients

may also be required to perform:

simple task such as attending to vendors at appointed timing (no coordination involved)

be communicator between Director/Project Manager and vendors working on site using whatsapp photo and video

exercise own initiative to carry out tasks required

has good command of Chinese language, may be required to communicate with suppliers from China

Remuneration will be based on job scope coverage

Work from home arrangements possible if candidate passed a trial period of 3 months with good productivity
