Architectural Coordinator

Your Role

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings
• Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities
• Supervise a team of BIM Modelers for the production of coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Civil/ Structural Engineering with relevant design working experience with contractors
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in a contractor environment
