Construction/Site Manager, Civil/Infrastructure Project

Bayes is representing a well-established A1 Contractor on a major Infrastructures project

• Manage the project scope, timeline, cost, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review tender, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to fully understand project requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all site operations, functions, and requirements.
• Handle technical matters, attend client and consultant meetings, and coordinate M&E and architectural works.
• Plan and sequence construction activities according to the master schedule, ensuring alignment with project costs.
• Coordinate site operations with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues and monitor site progress.
• Plan, procure, and manage resources like manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Lead coordination meetings with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, striving for zero accidents, and meeting legal and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• From a contractor environment with a series of project experience from start-to-completion
• Civil/Infrastructure project experience is essential
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software like Word, Excel, Outlook
• Local construction knowledge
