Bartender

About the Job:

We are a newly opened and cozy bar looking for a bartender, who can independently manage the entire operation during working hours. This is a one-person role, ideal for someone confident, responsible, and friendly with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the bar independently during opening hours (6:00pm - 11:30pm)
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the bar area
• Handle customer service and billing efficiently
• Prepare simple bar snacks and finger foods such as fries, nuggets, chicken wings, etc.
• Manage stock levels and reordering as needed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Prior experience as a bartender is a plus, but not mandatory
• Basic cooking skills for preparing finger foods
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Trustworthy and punctual
