Duties ：
Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target
Achieve Personal Sales Target
Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions
Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, outlet paper works, etc
Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel Duties and Responsibilities
Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves, Shifts)
Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
