Responsibilities
Provide general admin support to Human Resource Department
Responsible for work pass related matters; applications, renewals, cancellations etc.
Prepare letter of appointment confirmation, termination, warning, salary revision etc.
Need to know the local employment law and payroll calculations
Manage and maintain employee's records
Process tax clearance for foreign employees
Prepare monthly project schedule and report
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record
Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in HR preferred
Familiar of MOM rules and regulations is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and meticulous in work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a team and independently
