Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team (a well-known name in Singapore) as an Operations & Support Executive. This role is ideal for you if you are eager to build a foundation in operations, technical support, and system processes. You will be involved in reviewing system performance, improving workflows, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations. Key Responsibilities Learn and review how to test new systems, and suggest improvements to make network more reliable and efficient.
Help improve internal processes and update important documents to support company goals.
Ensure team follows company rules, policies, and procedures.
Work with other departments and vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Regularly check the security of systems, user access, and network setup to keep systems safe.
Respond quickly during service disruptions to help fix problems and reduce downtime.
Work with other teams and vendors when issues happen, and help find long-term solutions.
Support in audit checks and business continuity planning when needed.
Provide Tier 2 (intermediate level) technical support to customers, and coordinate with vendors for more advanced support issues.
Keep track of all technical support requests and make sure they are followed up properly. Who We’re Looking For: Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in service operations is a bonus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow processes carefully.
Good communication skills—you’ll be talking to both internal teams and vendors.
Able to support remotely during business/marketing events or festive occasions when required. It’s a Plus If You Have: Basic knowledge of backend operations (e.g. how systems and services work behind the scenes).
Understanding of payment systems and mobile wallets.
Familiarity with mobile apps and general computer skills.
Awareness of compliance terms like KYC (Know Your Customer), KYM, and AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Financing of Terrorism). Interested candidates please click “Apply Now”.
