Responsibilities:

• Creative Conceptualization & Execution: Develop social-first content and campaigns from concept to visual design, ensuring high creative standards. Lead art direction across social media, websites, and blogs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including PR and creative teams. Manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Creative Production: Work on graphic design, storyboarding, social media assets, and presentations, maintaining brand consistency.
  
• Digital & Industry Awareness: Contribute innovative ideas and stay informed on digital trends and crypto developments.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic, Communication Design, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in creative roles in agencies or senior in-house positions.
• Proven track record of developing creative concepts for digital marketing.
• Understanding of regional/cultural dynamics in web3/crypto communities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Figma is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, video, and branded content.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management and deadline management abilities.
