Resident Engineer (Instrumentation, Control and Automation) - Water / Wastewater

Responsibilities:

• Lead the site supervision team on all the instrumentation, control and automation works.
• Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all instrumentation, control and automation site inspection issues, contract related matters and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
• Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but not limited to assess method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinate with other discipline engineers and liaise with design team/QP from HQ.
• Attend all site/project related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and to lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Qualifications:

• Good graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably recognised by the PE Board, Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in supervising instrumentation, control and automation works in water/used water treatment works.
• A person with good communication and leadership skills.
