Job Description:
To provide a full range of secretarial/administrative duties
To regularly follow up with external/internal parties on the progress of outstanding projects
Arrange/coordinate meeting appointments and business schedules
Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, reports, and materials for meetings where necessary
Minutes taking
Conduct research and prepare documents for review during meetings
Perform office duties and general administrative support
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, business partners, and external parties
Undertake ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field
Candidate to have a background in business management
At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to work in a face-paced environment
Strong in Mandarin to converse with mandarin speaking clients
