Job Description:

  • To provide a full range of secretarial/administrative duties
  • To regularly follow up with external/internal parties on the progress of outstanding projects
  • Arrange/coordinate meeting appointments and business schedules
  • Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, reports, and materials for meetings where necessary
  • Minutes taking
  • Conduct research and prepare documents for review during meetings
  • Perform office duties and general administrative support
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, business partners, and external parties
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field
  • Candidate to have a background in business management
  • At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment
  • Strong in Mandarin to converse with mandarin speaking clients
