Software Testing Engineer (Mobile Financial Applications)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing financial related mobile apps, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues and drive improvements across our software offerings. We're a fast growing start-up, you would expect fast pace of upgrading and testing request, while lots of new findings and achievements through growing together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications (Social media and cryptos related).
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify potential risks early in the development cycle.
• Document, report, and track defects through to resolution using standard testing tools.
• Utilize and, when necessary, develop test automation frameworks and scripts to streamline the testing process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to enhance product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software testing, particularly with social media or financialmobile applications.
• Solid understanding of various testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms (Flutter for Android and iOS) and related testing tools.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in agile development environments and using continuous integration systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience would be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with performance and security testing of mobile financial applications (social media or cryptos related).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Able to work independently. Able to handle with Start-up working pace.
