Job Description
The Executive will support the job matching of persons with special needs into suitable job roles. He/She will work closely with key stakeholders such as employers, co-workers, caregivers, support networks, to identify workplace requirements and oversee placement of
trainees into related job roles. He/She will work with the employers to identify required training and accommodation at the workplace for long term continued employment of these trainees. He/She provides job coaching support for a specified duration after the trainees are placed into jobs.
