Senior Patient Service Associate

BJIOS Orthopaedics is looking for an individual who is able to aid in the coordinating of care across multiple healthcare providers and settings. This role enhances the overall patient experience and the quality of care. To carry out this role, the following lists down the responsibilities of the PSA/O.

Core Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for Patients
• Registering and processing payments of patients
• Assist patients with Third-party administrators, Insurance and Medisave claims
• Assist Nurses and Doctors in administrative and clinical support
• Financial counselling, and coordinating of patient surgeries
• Providing and educating patients and family members on health grants and medical assistance information

Requirements

• Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) N Level or equivalent
• Able to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills
• Service Oriented and patient focused
• Possess organisational and problem-solving abilities to manage coordinate schedules

Mon- Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
