Warehouse Assistant

Our company is a growing sports nutrition and accessory business in need of a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Packing Assistant with experience in both B2B and B2C packing. As a Warehouse Packing Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are packaged and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Package and label products accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Assist with inventory management and organization of the warehouse
• Process B2B and B2C sales orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg)
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
