Head of Finance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join a market leading European retail company. This role offers a chance for a results-oriented finance professional to be part of a dynamic organization and play a key role in driving the company’s financial success.

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Head of Finance will have oversight of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance, while actively improving processes and controls.

• Oversee the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across the Southeast Asia region
• Prepare comprehensive commentaries and presentations on monthly performance, providing valuable insights to senior management for a better understanding of the numbers.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting in line with statutory requirements and internal timelines.
• Lead the budgeting and planning exercise, including the collation, consolidation, and review of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Regularly review and analyze actual financial performance versus plan, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring effective collection strategies and timely management of payables.

The successful candidate will be professionally qualified (CPA, ACCA), with a bachelor's degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 10 years' relevant experiences in a leadership role, ideally from a retail or FMCG industry.
