Job Title: Dispatch Driver
Location: Around Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Driver to transport learning resources, packages, gymnast/sports equipment and other materials efficiently between designated locations. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a good driving record, and strong time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver learning resources, packages or equipment to an average of 18-20 locations per day
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely collections and drop-offs.
Ensure the safe handling and security of items during transit.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including recipient details and delivery times.
Perform routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Report any vehicle issues, delays, or delivery concerns to management promptly.
Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when interacting with clients or recipients.
Requirements:
Valid Class 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
Familiarity with roads, traffic conditions, and navigation apps.
Able to handle light to heavy lifting if required.
Strong time management skills and reliability in meeting delivery schedules.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or dispatch roles.
