To update, monitor and maintain various lead’s databases created from career fairs or recruitment drive
To assist in conducting end to end reference check process
To perform and ensure smooth delivery of end to end work pass application and renewal for the foreign workforce
To perform cancellation of work pass and coordinate the necessary repatriation arrangement for foreign workforce
To update and maintain employee's details in work pass database & MOM's portal in a timely and accurate manner
To assist in the audit exercise on foreign employee’s residential status to ensure compliance with the prevailing government’s regulations
To issue e-Letter of Appointment for respective Principal/new-hires
To update new-hires’ data into database in a timely and accurate manner
To liaise and coordinate HR Induction programme for new-hires with the relevant stakeholders
To update, track and monitor attendance listing of new-hires for the HR Induction programme
