We seek a visionary Creative Director with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Automotive industries. The Creative Director will translate company directives to lead the creative team, develop compelling brand narratives, and oversee the creation of dynamic marketing materials that resonate with our target audiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and industry expertise to drive impactful campaigns and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy Development
- Develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives in the F&B and automotive sectors.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform creative direction and ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Convey and translate core business objectives into creative briefs.
- Create and design digital, video, and print collaterals.
Brand Identity & Positioning
- Shape and enhance brand identity across all related marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Create and manage brand guidelines that ensure consistency in visual and messaging elements.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for F&B and automotive divisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and drive engagement.
Team Leadership
- Inspire and create direction per project and deliver assets for the team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment to encourage high-quality output.
Project Oversight
- Manage the creative process from brainstorming through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and other partners as needed.
Content Creation
- Develop compelling and original content that captures the essence of our brands and resonates with target audiences.
- I oversee creating visual and written content for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and traditional media.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve creative performance.
Innovation
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the F&B and automotive industries.
- Implement innovative approaches and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity and engagement.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. A Master degree or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
- At least 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects - campaigns in the F&B and automotive sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc).
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic Visionary - able to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative - think outside the box and drive creativitiy in both traditional and digital formats.
