Executive, Marketing (CRM & Partnerships)

Responsibilities:


CRM Planning & Operations

  • Manage the campaign set up and database segmentation for TANGS e-mail marketing, SMS and Push Notifications in the CRM system.
  • Support with the creation, execution and tracking of member lifecycle marketing programs such as reactivation, birthday benefits and member tier retention.
  • Liaise with the CRM provider to set up mechanics, automated triggers, troubleshoot bugs etc.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Execute A/B testing, database profiling and post-campaign tracking to continuously improve segmentation, send count, clickthrough rate, and member sales.
  • In charge of monthly reporting of CRM data analytics, monthly reports, and post-mortem.

Loyalty Program Communications

  • Develop loyalty program visuals, assets and content ranging from e-mail marketing, website banners, webpages, social media, e-catalogues, in-store touch points and more.
  • In charge of loyalty marketing gift-with-purchase and / or perks, including the sourcing, return-on-investment (ROI) assessment, execution and post-mortem.
  • Support the execution of functional initiatives such as the tourist loyalty program and partnerships.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Execute loyalty member communications for stakeholder functions such as campaign marketing, e-commerce, and brand partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, e-commerce team, merchandising and customer service to execute CRM programs and initiatives.
  • Any other adhoc tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Bsuiness Admisntration, Marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in marketing, CRM, and/or partnerships.
  • Experience from industries such as retail, shopping mall, F&B, hospitality would be advantageous.
  • Highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel to turn raw data into analytics. Experience using SQL, Tableau, QlikView, or Quicksights would be valued.
  • High level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity, maintaining timeliness, discipline, and professionalism.
