Executive, Store Design

Responsibilities:

• Partner with buyers and retail managers to understand and fulfill temporary pop-up requirements for stores and atrium areas.
• Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, including layout plans and 3D SketchUp models, tailored for retail spaces and pop-up events.
• Prepare comprehensive drawings and supporting documents for contractor cost submissions.
• Oversee shop setups by coordinating with internal teams, tenants, and external vendors to ensure smooth installation processes.
• Monitor assigned budgets, track costs, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain and update records of reusable fixtures, managing their movement between stores and the warehouse.
• Any ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in space planning or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3D Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate and manage retail space layouts, pop-up events, and fixture installations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
