Architectural Manager / Supervisor (Central / 1-year Contract)

Job Description

• Responsible for reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings to ensure compliance with structural, mechanical, electrical, and safety regulations.
• Oversees the planning, execution, and verification of architectural works on-site while liaising with clients, consultants, and the project team to resolve discrepancies and track progress.
• Supports project documentation, including submitting drawings, material samples, reports, and using design software to validate and simulate architectural plans.

Requirements

• At least a diploma in architectural engineering or relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings.
