Sales Associate

Location: Raffles City

Working Days: 5 Days

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm, 1pm to 10pm

Salary: Basic $2,300 Allowance Commission

Job Responsibilities：

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product features and current trends to provide professional advice.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service in a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage daily retail operations including merchandise receiving, display, replenishment, returns and loss prevention.
• Ensure accuracy in sales records, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements：

• GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent. Prior retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive service mindset.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
