Sales Manager (Baijiu & Spirits | Southeast Asia Market)

Backed by strong import/export capabilities and ambitious expansion plans, we are seeking passionate professionals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.
• Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, restaurants, and corporate clients.
• Plan and execute new store launches, including site selection, renovations coordination, and retail setup.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to roll out promotions and brand campaigns.
• Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
• Work with the import/export team to manage supply chain coordination and ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide regular market analysis and sales forecasting reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in FMCG, wine & spirits, or luxury goods sales.
• Strong understanding of retail expansion, especially in new outlet setup and store development.
• Solid network in the liquor, hospitality, or wholesale industries is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to travel within the region when required.
